ANSI B36.19 standard hõlmas roostevabast terasest õmblusteta terastorusid ja keevitatud terastorusid.kuid ANSI B36.10 standard hõlmas õmblusteta terastorusid ja keevitatud terastorusid.
Allolevat terastoru andmete tabelit saab kasutada torude suuruste .diameters leidmiseks.seina paksus.töörõhk ja palju muud.Tabeli aluseks on ASME/ANSI B 36.10 standardne keevitatud ja õmblusteta sepistatud terastoru ja ASME/ANSI B36.19 standardne roostevaba terastoru.Sõltumata ajakava muutmisest on kindla suurusega torudel kõigil sama välisläbimõõt (ei talu tootmistolerantse).Kui ajakava number suureneb, suureneb seina paksus ja tegelik ava väheneb
Näiteks
4 tolli (100 mm) Schedule 40 toru välisläbimõõt on 4500 tolli (114,30 mm), seina paksus 0,237 tolli (6,02 mm), mis annab 4,026 tolli (102,26 mm) läbimõõdu.
4 tolli (100 mm) Schedule 80 toru välisläbimõõt on 4500 tolli (114,30 mm), seina paksus 0,337 tolli (8,56 mm), mis annab 3,826 tolli (97,18 mm) läbimõõdu.
1 tolli (tolli) = 25,4 mm
Toru graafiku number on toru arvestusliku rõhu ja materjali lubatud pinge suhe projekteerimistemperatuuril, korrutatuna 1000-ga ja ümardatuna.
See tähendab: Sch = P / [σ] t × 1000
ANSI B36.10 standardsed seinapaksuse klassid: sch10, sch20, sch30, sch40, sch60, sch80, sch100, sch120, sch140 ja sch160 jne;
ANSI B36.19 standardne seinapaksuse klass: sch5s, sch10s, sch40s, sch80s jne
